Stewards Directive No 1 2010Amendment to Rule 1k - Umpire Ponies At a meeting of the Stewards on Wednesday 23rd June, it was agreed that 'Rule 1k - Umpire Ponies' should be amended for welfare reasons to read as follows: 'Teams are required to provide one pony for umpiring but two ponies for all matches of 5 chukkas or more. Green or unfit ponies must not be offered. See also Rule 4f and the rule becomes effective on Saturday 26th June 2010' |
