Confirmed End of Season Handicap Changes 2011
Please click here to see the confirmed handicap recommendations which were agreed at the meeting on Monday 12th September. These handicaps are subject to ratification by the Stewards at their meeting on 1st November and will become effective January 1st 2012. Please note that the Blue Book does state that the brackets may be removed if a player has submitted a Handicap Qualification form showing that he has played in at least 10 Victor Ludorum matches. The intention is that this provides the opportunity for a player to provide sufficient evidence to the Handicap Committee of his playing abilities. However, the Blue Book also states that a player may be shown as NR (Not Rated) at the end of the season if the Handicap Committee feels that they have insufficient evidence to handicap the player fairly. At the end of season meeting, the Committee was unanimous that there were some players who had not provided sufficient evidence of their polo ability this season to be given to an HPA handicap for 2012.
