International Day - Sunday 22nd July 2012

The highlight of the summer, International Polo day is enjoyed by a cosmopolitan audience drawn by the excitement of the sporting occasion and the glamour of the event itself. At Cartier International Polo, English society rubs shoulders with royalty, Hollywood stars of stage and screen, musicians, sportsmen and women, and celebrities from around the world.

The Hurlingham Polo Association’s final Cartier International was held on Sunday 24th July 2011 at Guards Polo Club.

Congratulations to the England team who won a hard fought battle to beat Brazil 8 - 6 and win the Coronation Cup! The teams were as follows:

The morning match for the Golden Jubilee Trophy was won in spectacular style by the Hurlingham team defeating the Prince of Wales' team 13 - 6. The teams were as follows:

During the prize giving the 'Best Young Player of the Year' trophy was also awarded, this season it went to 23 year old, 4 goal player Richard Le Poer.
